Apollo Senior Floating Rate Fund Inc. (the Fund) is a non-diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund's investment objective is to seek current income and preservation of capital. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing in senior, secured loans made to companies whose debt is rated below investment grade and investments with similar characteristics. The Fund invests in various sectors, such as aerospace and defense; automotive; banking, finance, insurance and real estate; beverage, food and tobacco; capital equipment; media (broadcasting and subscription); healthcare and pharmaceuticals; energy (oil and gas); hotel, gaming and leisure, and services (business), among others. The Fund may invest in a range of bonds of varying maturities issued by the United States and foreign corporations, other business entities, governments and municipalities and other issuers. Apollo Credit Management, LLC is the investment advisor of the Fund.
