Gushan Environmental Energy Limited (Gushan) is a producer of biodiesel and related products in China. Through the Company's 75% beneficial interest in Mianyang Jin Xin Copper Company, Ltd. (Jin Xin), it also a produce recycled copper products. The by-products of its biodiesel production have number of commercial applications in the food, pharmaceutical and manufacturing industries. Gushan sells its products in China to direct users, including marine vessel operators and chemical companies, in addition to petroleum wholesalers and individual retail gas stations. Gushan primarily use vegetable oil offal and used cooking oil to produce biodiesel. Gushan acquire the raw materials supply for each of its production facilities primarily from local suppliers. In October 2012, it announced the completion of the merger among Trillion Energy Holdings Limited and Trillion Energy Investments Holdings Limited. As a result of the merger, the Company became a wholly owned subsidiary of Gushan.
