iShares International Developed Property ETF (the Fund), formerly iShares S&P Developed ex-U.S. Property Index Fund, is an exchange-traded fund (ETF). The Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, of the S&P Developed ex US Property Index (the Index). The Index defines and measure the investable universe of publicly traded real estate companies domiciles in developed countries outside of the United States. The companies in the Index are engaged in real estate related activities, such as property ownership, management, development, rental and investment. The Fund generally invests at least 90% of its assets in securities of the Index and in depositary receipts representing securities of the Index. BlackRock Fund Advisors (BFA) serves as the investment advisor to the Fund.
