The Cerro Moro Project consists of 18 tenements covering an area of approximately 177 square kilometers. 16 of these tenements are mining claims (Manifestaciones de Descubrimiento), with the remaining two being exploration claims (Cateos de Exploracion). The Santa Cruz regional projects include Falcon, Verde, Azul, and Puntudo properties and are located in the Santa Cruz province, Argentina. The Fomicruz JV Block covers a total area of 63,000 hectares and includes a possible northwestern extension of the Escondida vein. In August 2012, Yamana Gold Inc. acquired the Company.
