Guyana Goldfields Inc. was a Canadian gold-mining company focused on the exploration, development and operation of gold properties in Guyana, South America. Its principal asset was the Aurora Gold Mine, located in the Cuyuni-Mazaruni region of northwestern Guyana.

The Aurora operation included open-pit and underground mining activities and processing facilities designed to produce gold doré. The company also held exploration interests in Guyana and worked to expand and develop its mineral resources in the country.

In 2020, Guyana Goldfields was acquired by Zijin Mining Group, and the Aurora Gold Mine became part of Zijin’s international mining portfolio. As a result, Guyana Goldfields no longer operates as an independent publicly traded company, although its historical shares traded in the United States under the symbol GUYFF.
