Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited (OCBC) is a Singapore-based financial services group that provides banking, wealth management and insurance solutions to individuals, businesses and institutional clients. Its principal activities include consumer banking, commercial banking, corporate and investment banking, treasury services, private banking and asset management.

Through its banking operations, OCBC offers deposits, loans, mortgages, credit cards, payments, cash-management services, trade finance and capital-markets solutions. The group also provides insurance products through its subsidiary Great Eastern Holdings and asset-management services through Lion Global Investors.

Founded in 1932 through the consolidation of three Chinese banks in Singapore, OCBC has expanded into a regional banking group. It serves customers primarily across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Greater China, with additional operations in selected international markets. The group is led by Group Chief Executive Officer Helen Wong.
