OZ Minerals was headquartered in Adelaide, South Australia, and operated primarily in Australia. BHP completed its acquisition of OZ Minerals in May 2023, after which OZ Minerals ceased to operate as an independent publicly listed company. Its former leadership included Chief Executive Officer Andrew Cole.
