Willbros Group, Inc. was an engineering, construction and energy-services company that provided infrastructure solutions to the oil, gas, refining, petrochemical and power industries. Its activities included engineering and project management, construction, maintenance, fabrication and integrity services for energy-related facilities and infrastructure.

The company worked on projects involving pipelines, gas processing and treatment facilities, refineries, petrochemical plants, power-generation facilities and other industrial assets. Its services supported the development, expansion, maintenance and modernization of energy infrastructure in the United States and selected international markets.

Willbros traced its origins to 1908 and was headquartered in Houston, Texas, for much of its corporate history. The company experienced significant financial difficulties and filed for bankruptcy protection in 2019. Following the sale of substantially all of its operating assets, Willbros Group no longer operates as the diversified energy-construction business it historically represented.
