The portfolio is focused primarily on oil and gas issuers that have significant exposure to oil. The Fund may also invest up to 25% of the portfolio value, as measured at the time of investment, in equity securities of issuers listed on the S&P 500 Index or the S&P/TSX Composite Index that satisfy the Funds market capitalization and dividend criteria and that operate in energy subsectors including equipment, services, pipelines, transportation and infrastructure.
