The Company, through Fox River Resources Corp., is engaged in the exploration and evaluation of the Martison Phosphate Project. The Company's Martison Phosphate project is located approximately 70 kilometers north of Hearst, Ontario. The Company's Martison Phosphate Project consists of the Martison Phosphate Deposit and a planned phosphate mine, beneficiation plant, conversion complex and solid fertilizer production facility (the Martison Project). The Company's Martison Project contains a carbonatite pipe capped by a residual deposit (residuum), which consists of phosphate and niobium minerals. Its mining leases and claims cover an area of over 8,250 hectares. Its property consists of three contiguous mining leases: ML107438, ML108638 and ML108639.
