The Company, through its subsidiaries, including Castle Mountain Venture, focuses on the exploration and development of gold deposits in its Permitted Castle Mountain Gold Project, which is in San Bernardino County, California, approximately 70 miles south of Las Vegas, Nevada. The Castle Mountain Property consists of patented lode claims, unpatented lode and millsite claims, and placer claims for an aggregate total of over 7,460 acres. The principal zones gold mineralization identified within the Permitted Castle Mountain Gold Project include the Oro Belle-Hart Tunnel, Jumbo and Lesley Anne-Jumbo South Pits, as well as in the South Domes area. It also has interest in the La Verde Project, which is located in west central Mexico, approximately 320 kilometers west of Mexico City. Its subsidiaries include Telegraph Gold Inc. and Telegraph Gold (US) Corp.
