About American Lithium

American Lithium (NASDAQ:AMLI) Corp (NASDAQ:AMLI) is a mineral exploration and development company focused on advancing lithium projects in North and South America. The company’s primary objective is to identify and develop high-quality lithium resources to support the growing global demand for battery-grade lithium used in electric vehicles, energy storage systems and other green technologies.

The company’s flagship asset is the Tonopah Lithium Claims (TLC) project, located in the Walker Lane Trend of Nevada, a region known for its favorable geology and established mineral infrastructure. TLC comprises several contiguous mineral leases covering brine targets that have shown promising intercepts of lithium-rich fluids. American Lithium’s technical team is conducting detailed hydrogeological and geochemical programs to delineate resource potential and progress the project toward permitting and larger-scale development.

In South America, American Lithium holds the La Negra brine project in Chile’s prolific Salar del Carmen region. La Negra benefits from low-altitude, high-evaporation conditions and well‐developed access to local infrastructure and processing facilities. Preliminary work has included brine sampling, pump testing and geophysical surveys to evaluate the extent and concentration of lithium-bearing brines, with a view to fast‐tracking evaluation in Chile’s established lithium jurisdiction.

Headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, American Lithium is led by Chief Executive Officer George Hebert, who brings extensive experience in resource project development and capital markets. The company’s management team and board combine technical expertise in lithium exploration with a track record of advancing critical‐metal projects from exploration through to feasibility studies. American Lithium aims to play a strategic role in the supply chain for the clean‐energy transition by developing sustainable lithium resources.
