Mesa Air Group (NASDAQ:RJET) is a regional airline holding company whose principal subsidiary is Mesa Airlines, Inc. Mesa Airlines provides scheduled passenger air service primarily under capacity-purchase agreements with major U.S. airlines. Its operations have historically been conducted under the American Eagle and United Express brands, connecting smaller and mid-sized communities with larger airline hubs.

The company operates regional aircraft and focuses on short- and medium-haul flights within the United States.
