Our operating expenses for the Q3 of 2024 were $7,400,000 compared to $7,200,000 in the prior year quarter. Regarding the Q3 2024 expenses, dollars 4,800,000 related to net leases where the company recognized a comparable amount of expense recovery revenue and $1,600,000 related to gross leases. Relative to the increase in expense in 2024, this reflects increased costs from properties acquired in 2024 as well as the impact of tenants placed on cash basis accounting subsequent to the end of Q3 of 2023, partially offset by a net reduction in cost at other properties. G and A expenses were $4,400,000 in both the Q3 of 2024 and the prior year quarter. We continue to expect our quarterly G and A expenses to be in the range of $4,400,000 and $4,600,000 In the Q3 of 2024, we completed 2 dispositions that generated aggregate gross proceeds of $12,100,000 resulting in an aggregate gain of $1,800,000 In the Q3 of 2023, we completed 1 disposition receiving gross proceeds of $10,100,000 resulting in a gain of $2,300,000 Net income attributable to common stockholders for the Q3 of 2024 was $1,800,000 or $0.03 per share compared to $3,100,000 or $0.05 per share in the Q3 of 2023.
