International Consolidated Airlines Group (OTCMKTS:ICAGY) S.A. (OTCMKTS:ICAGY), commonly known as IAG, is an airline holding company formed in 2011 through the merger of British Airways and Iberia. The group is headquartered in London and Madrid and has shares listed in the United Kingdom and Spain.

IAG’s principal businesses include British Airways, Iberia, Aer Lingus, Vueling and LEVEL. These airlines provide scheduled passenger and cargo air transportation across Europe and to destinations in North America, Latin America, the Caribbean, Africa and Asia.
