About Lennar

Lennar (NYSE:LEN.B) is a homebuilder that designs, constructs, sells and arranges financing for single-family homes. Its residential offerings include entry-level, move-up, active-adult and luxury homes, as well as homes built for rental communities. Lennar also develops the land and infrastructure needed for many of its communities and offers related services to homebuyers.

The company operates through homebuilding divisions serving numerous markets across the United States. Its complementary businesses include mortgage financing, title and closing services, and insurance-related products, which support customers throughout the home-purchase process. Lennar also has a multifamily platform that develops and builds apartment communities for rental housing.

Founded in 1954, Lennar has grown from a regional homebuilder into one of the largest residential construction companies in the United States. The company is headquartered in Miami, Florida, and its Class B common stock trades on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol LEN.B.
