About TeliaSonera

TeliaSonera (OTCMKTS:TLSNY), now operating under the name Telia Company AB, is a telecommunications and digital services provider headquartered in Solna, Sweden. The company offers mobile and fixed-line communications, broadband, television, and related digital services to consumers, businesses, and public-sector organizations.

Telia’s consumer services include mobile voice and data plans, fiber and fixed broadband, pay television, and home communications solutions. The company traces its history to Sweden’s former state telecommunications operator, Telia, and Finland’s Sonera. The two businesses merged in 2002 to form TeliaSonera, which adopted the Telia Company name in 2016. Its principal markets are Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark, and the Baltic countries of Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania, with additional enterprise services delivered internationally.
