Our E and M EBITDA was 42,700,000 in the fourth quarter, up from $36,400,000 in the fourth quarter last year, which is an increase of 17%. This was the result of strong revenue growth and increased income from joint ventures, partially offset by increased selling, general and administrative expenses and higher stand alone insurance costs. As a result, our E and M EBITDA margin was 7.8%, down 20 basis points from last year. Now let's turn to our balance sheet liquidity and free cash flow.
