About Bonterra Energy

Bonterra Energy (OTCMKTS:BNEFF) is a Canadian oil and natural gas exploration, development and production company headquartered in Calgary, Alberta. The company focuses primarily on conventional light oil and associated natural gas production, with operations concentrated in Western Canada.

Bonterra’s principal assets are located in the Pembina Cardium area of Alberta, one of the province’s established hydrocarbon-producing regions. Its activities include drilling, operating and developing oil and natural gas wells, as well as applying horizontal drilling, enhanced recovery and other technologies to support production from mature conventional reservoirs.

The company traces its origins to the early 1990s and has historically maintained an oil-weighted business model centered on operated assets in Alberta. Bonterra’s shares trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol BNE and in the United States on the OTC market under the symbol BNEFF.
