Through its postal network and digital channels, CTT serves customers across Portugal and supports international delivery through cross-border partnerships and operations. Its services include addressed and unaddressed mail, direct marketing, e-commerce logistics, courier delivery, and parcel pickup and drop-off solutions. The company also operates a retail network that provides access to postal, financial, and other customer services.

CTT traces its origins to Portugal’s postal service established in 1520 and became a publicly traded company following its privatization in 2013. The group also owns Banco CTT, which offers retail banking products in Portugal, and operates other businesses connected with payments, financial services, and logistics. CTT is headquartered in Lisbon and its shares are listed on Euronext Lisbon.
