About Laser Photonics

Laser Photonics (NASDAQ:LASE) (NASDAQ: LASE) is a technology company that designs, manufactures and markets high‐power fiber‐optic laser solutions and high‐speed optical communication modules. Headquartered in Orlando, Florida, it serves a variety of industrial and telecommunications markets worldwide. The company’s operations are organized into two principal segments: Laser Products and Optical Communications.

In its Laser Products segment, Laser Photonics develops and produces a range of fiber‐optic lasers tailored for material processing applications. These lasers are used in industrial cleaning, surface conditioning, cutting, welding, marking and additive manufacturing. The company’s proprietary fiber‐laser architecture delivers high beam quality, efficiency and reliability, enabling precision work on metals, composites and ceramics in automotive, aerospace, electronics fabrication and other advanced manufacturing settings.

The Optical Communications segment focuses on the design and production of high‐speed pluggable transceivers and active optical cables for data centers, telecommunications networks and cloud infrastructure. Products include QSFP, QSFP28 and COBO modules supporting data rates from 40G up to 400G. Leveraging in‐house optical and electronic integration expertise, these modules aim to meet growing bandwidth demands while maintaining low power consumption and high signal integrity.
