QVC Group traces its roots to QVC, which launched in 1986, and HSN, which began television shopping operations in the late 1970s. The company was previously known as Liberty Interactive Corporation and adopted the QVC Group name as part of a corporate reorganization. David Rawlinson serves as president and chief executive officer of QVC, Inc.
