About Arcosa

Arcosa (NYSE:ACA) (NYSE: ACA) is a Dallas‐based industrial company that was formed through the spin‐off of Trinity Industries’ construction products business in 2018. Since its inception, Arcosa has focused on the manufacture and sale of critical infrastructure components, serving a diverse set of end markets including transportation, construction and energy.

The company’s Construction Products segment produces a broad range of highway safety products, such as guardrail systems, sign supports and crash cushions, as well as aggregates and ready‐mix concrete. Arcosa also manufactures specialty steel products used in building materials, including wire mesh for concrete reinforcement and steel components for roofing and siding applications.

Under its Transportation Products segment, Arcosa operates facilities that design, build and repair a wide spectrum of railcars, from tank cars to covered hoppers, supporting North America’s freight rail network. The company further offers portable building solutions for the construction and industrial markets, providing modular offices, storage units and field support structures.

Arcosa’s Energy and Infrastructure segment supplies wind towers and electrical transmission structures, alongside steel piling used in marine and foundation applications. The company primarily serves customers across the United States and Mexico. Led by Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer Rick Fell, Arcosa maintains a focus on operational efficiency and safety, leveraging its manufacturing footprint to address infrastructure needs in North America.
