About Arcosa

Arcosa (NYSE:ACA) (NYSE: ACA) is an infrastructure products company that manufactures and sells products used in construction, utility and energy infrastructure, and transportation markets. The company serves contractors, utilities, infrastructure developers, original equipment manufacturers, and other industrial customers.

Arcosa’s Construction Products segment provides aggregates and specialty materials, concrete products, drainage and related infrastructure products, and other solutions used in commercial, residential, transportation, and industrial construction. Its Engineered Structures segment produces utility poles and other structures for electric transmission and distribution, as well as wind towers and related steel structures used in renewable energy and utility applications.

The company also operates in Transportation Products, supplying products such as inland barges and other equipment used in marine freight and industrial transportation. Arcosa serves customers across the United States and in selected international markets, with manufacturing and distribution operations positioned near its end markets.

Arcosa was established in 2018 when Trinity Industries separated its infrastructure-related businesses into an independent publicly traded company. The company is headquartered in Dallas, Texas, and trades on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol ACA.
