About Alumis

Alumis (NASDAQ:ALMS), Inc. is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on developing oral therapies for immune-mediated diseases. The company’s lead investigational product is ESK-001, a selective allosteric tyrosine kinase 2 (TYK2) inhibitor designed to regulate immune signaling while potentially avoiding some safety limitations associated with broader immunosuppressive treatments.

ESK-001 is being evaluated in clinical trials for moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis and systemic lupus erythematosus. Alumis is also advancing additional research programs intended to address other autoimmune and inflammatory conditions. The company does not currently have an approved commercial product, and its candidates remain subject to clinical testing and regulatory review.

Based in the United States, Alumis conducts its development activities through clinical research and collaborations with medical institutions and trial sites in multiple regions. The company became publicly traded on the Nasdaq under the symbol ALMS in 2024.
