The group’s operations are concentrated in Peru, while also extending activities and client services across other Latin American markets. Credicorp positions itself as a full-service financial group emphasizing cross-selling among banking, insurance and investment businesses, technology-driven distribution and risk management. Governance is maintained via a centralized holding structure that coordinates strategic direction, regulatory compliance and capital allocation across the subsidiary companies.
