About Aterian

Aterian (NASDAQ:ATER) is a technology-enabled consumer products company that develops, acquires, and sells products through online retail channels. The company was founded in 2014 as Mohawk Group and changed its name to Aterian in 2020. Aterian has focused primarily on serving customers in the United States while using online distribution to reach consumers in other markets. Its business model combines consumer product development with technology-driven brand management and e-commerce operations.
