About Neogen

Neogen (NASDAQ:NEOG) is a global provider of food and animal safety products, offering a broad portfolio of diagnostic and testing solutions. Headquartered in Lansing, Michigan, the company develops and manufactures tests designed to detect foodborne pathogens, allergens and toxins in food, beverage and environmental samples. Since its founding in 1982, Neogen has focused on delivering rapid, accurate and user‐friendly assays to food processors, grain handlers and quality laboratories around the world.

In the food safety arena, Neogen’s product lineup includes immunoassay kits, molecular diagnostics and enrichment media for pathogens such as Salmonella, Listeria and E. coli, as well as methods for mycotoxin and allergen detection. These offerings are complemented by software, instrumentation and training services that help customers maintain regulatory compliance and optimize their quality control processes. The company regularly invests in research and development to expand its testing capabilities and to address emerging contaminants in the food supply chain.

Beyond food testing, Neogen serves the animal safety market with an array of products for livestock and companion animals. Its animal safety segment provides medicated and non‐medicated feed additives, premixes, disinfectants and veterinary instruments. These products support animal health and productivity in industries such as dairy, poultry, swine and aquaculture. Neogen also supplies nutritional feed supplements and environmental hygiene solutions that help producers manage disease risk and improve overall herd performance.

Neogen operates through a network of subsidiaries and distribution partners in more than 100 countries across North America, Europe, Asia and Latin America. The company is led by James Herbert, who serves as president and chief executive officer, and emphasizes a commitment to innovation, quality and customer support. By combining proprietary technologies with global reach, Neogen aims to address critical safety challenges in the food and animal health markets.
