About Seaboard

Seaboard (NYSEAMERICAN:SEB) is a diversified international agribusiness and transportation company headquartered in Merriam, Kansas. Founded in 1918, the company has expanded from its early milling operations into several business segments serving food, agricultural, energy and transportation markets.

Seaboard’s pork operations include hog production, pork processing and related agricultural activities, primarily in the United States. Through its Commodity Trading and Milling segment, the company trades and processes agricultural commodities and operates flour mills, feed mills and related businesses in the Caribbean, Latin America and Africa. Seaboard also holds an ownership interest in Butterball, a major producer and marketer of turkey products.

The company’s Marine segment, operated through Seaboard Marine, provides ocean transportation and related services between the United States, the Caribbean, Central America and South America. Its Power segment develops and operates independent power plants and other energy businesses in selected international markets. Seaboard’s operations are supported by a global network of employees, facilities and subsidiaries serving customers across multiple regions.
