About 5E Advanced Materials

5E Advanced Materials (NASDAQ:FEAM) is a development-stage company focused on producing boron and lithium products. Its primary project is the Fort Cady Borate and Lithium Project, a mineral resource located in Southern California’s Mojave Desert. The company is developing an integrated operation intended to extract boron and lithium from mineralized brines and produce refined materials for industrial and technology applications.

Planned products include boric acid, specialty boron materials and lithium carbonate. Boron-based materials are used in areas such as clean energy, advanced materials, glass and ceramics, while lithium carbonate is a key material used in battery manufacturing. 5E has also worked on pilot-scale processing and product development as it advances the Fort Cady project toward commercial production.

The company was formerly known as American Pacific Borate Lithium Limited and adopted the name 5E Advanced Materials in 2022. Its activities are primarily centered in the United States, with the Fort Cady project serving as the foundation of its planned domestic supply of boron and lithium materials.
