About Neuphoria Therapeutics

Neuphoria Therapeutics (NASDAQ:NEUP), Inc. is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on developing therapies for obesity and other metabolic diseases. The company’s research programs are designed to address conditions involving weight management, diabetes and metabolic dysfunction.

Neuphoria’s pipeline includes DA-1726, an investigational dual GLP-1 and glucagon receptor agonist being developed for obesity and related metabolic conditions. The company is also developing DA-1241, an investigational GPR119 agonist intended for metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis, formerly known as nonalcoholic steatohepatitis, and other metabolic disorders. These programs originated through collaborations and licensing arrangements with Dong-A-related entities.

The company was formerly known as NeuroBo Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and adopted the Neuphoria Therapeutics name as its business focus evolved toward metabolic disease therapies. As a clinical-stage company, Neuphoria does not yet have an established portfolio of commercially marketed products. Its programs remain subject to clinical development, regulatory review and potential approval.
