About Energizer Resources

Energizer Resources (OTCMKTS:NSRCF) was a Canadian mineral exploration and development company focused primarily on graphite and vanadium projects. Its principal asset was the Molo Graphite Project in southern Madagascar, where the company worked to advance the exploration and development of a large flake-graphite deposit.

The company also held interests in the Green Giant Vanadium Project in Quebec, Canada. Its activities included mineral exploration, resource evaluation, project development and efforts to establish potential mining and processing operations for industrial minerals used in applications such as energy storage, steelmaking and advanced materials.

Energizer Resources changed its name to NextSource Materials Inc. in 2016 as it refocused its corporate identity around the development of the Molo Graphite Project. During the transition, Craig Scherba served as president and chief executive officer. The company’s historical operations were concentrated in Madagascar and Canada.
