Tarsus Group (LON:TAR) was an international business-to-business media company that organized exhibitions, conferences and related events for professional audiences. Its activities focused on connecting companies with customers, suppliers and industry partners through face-to-face events, digital platforms and supporting media.

The company operated events across sectors including labels and packaging, healthcare, security, travel, aviation, automotive and other specialized commercial markets. Its portfolio included the Labelexpo series, a global exhibition platform serving the label and package-printing industries, along with events held in North America, Europe, Asia, the Middle East and other international markets.

Tarsus was founded in 1998 and expanded through the development and acquisition of event brands in multiple regions. Douglas Emslie served as the group's chief executive during its period as a publicly listed company. Tarsus was acquired by Charterhouse Capital Partners in 2019 and subsequently taken private; it was later acquired by Informa in 2023.
