iShares 1-3 Year International Treasury Bond ETF (the Fund), formerly iShares S&P/Citigroup 1-3 Year International Treasury Bond Fund, is an exchange-traded fund (ETF). The Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance of the S&P/Citigroup International Treasury Bond Index Ex-US 1-3 Year (the Index). The Index is a diverse, market value-weighted index designed to measure the performance of treasury bonds issued in local currencies by developed market countries outside the United States that have a remaining maturity of greater than 1 year and less than or equal to 3 years. The Fund invests in the securities of non United States issuers that may trade in non United States markets. The Fund's investment adviser is BlackRock Fund Advisors.
