What are analysts saying about CF Industries Holdings stock?
Here are some recent quotes from research analysts about CF Industries Holdings stock:
According to Zacks Investment Research, "CF Industries has outperformed the Zacks categorized Fertilizers industry in the past three months, aided by its forecast-topping earnings performance in the last quarter. CF Industries is well placed to gain from its efforts to boost production capacity. The company recently completed its capacity expansion projects which should drive its growth and increase its cash generation capability. CF Industries should also benefit from higher nitrogen demand driven by healthy corn plantations. The company's nitrogen business is also enjoying the benefit of abundant natural gas supply. However, CF Industries remains exposed to pricing pressure and has a debt-laden balance sheet. Moreover, termination of the deal to buy specific assets of OCI represents a setback for the company." Credit Suisse Group analysts commented, "We maintain our Outperform rating and $45 TP on NBL following 2Q16 results. The company reported 2Q16 volumes at 427 Mboe/d, above its preliminary 425 Mboe/d estimate, and raised full-year guidance 10 Mboe/d while keeping capex unchanged at ~$1.45 Bn. We adjust our EPS estimates to -$1.26/-$0.92/-$0.05 (from -$1.29/-$0.86/$0.00) to reflect updated cost and production guidance." (8/5/2016)
