The United States 12 Month Natural Gas Fund, LP (UNL) is an exchange-traded security company. The Company's investment objective is for the daily changes in percentage terms of its shares' per share net asset value (NAV) to reflect the daily changes in percentage terms of the spot price of natural gas delivered at the Henry Hub, Louisiana, as measured by the daily changes in the average of the prices of the Benchmark Futures Contracts, less UNL's expenses. UNL seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing in a combination of Futures Contracts and other natural gas-related Investments such that the daily changes in its NAV, measured in percentage terms, will closely track the changes in the average in the prices of the Benchmark Futures Contracts, also measured in percentage terms. UNL invests primarily in listed natural gas futures contracts and other natural gas related futures contracts, and may invest in forwards and swap contracts. USCF is the general partner of UNL.
