Its operations include product development, manufacturing, sales and after-sales services.

Arçelik also expanded its European presence through an agreement with Whirlpool to combine their European appliance operations in Beko Europe, a transaction completed in 2024. The company is led by Chief Executive Officer Hakan Bulgurlu and is headquartered in Istanbul, Turkey.
