These projects provided exposure to uranium exploration and potential future production in established U.S. uranium-producing regions.

Azarga Uranium was formerly known as URZ Energy Corp. and operated as a U.S.-focused subsidiary of Azarga Resources. The company was acquired by enCore Energy Corp. in 2022, after which Azarga ceased operating as an independent publicly traded company. Blake Steele served as Azarga Uranium’s president and chief executive officer during its later corporate history.
