Cobham plc was a United Kingdom-based aerospace and defense company that developed technologies for communications, connectivity, mission systems and aerospace operations. Its products and services supported military, government and commercial customers in areas including airborne communications, antennas, electronic systems, satellite communications and in-flight connectivity.

The company also had a long-standing role in air-to-air refueling, supplying refueling equipment and related systems for military aircraft. Other activities historically included life-support equipment, aviation safety systems and components designed to operate in demanding aerospace and defense environments. Cobham served customers across the United Kingdom, the United States and other international markets.

Founded in 1934 by aviation pioneer Sir Alan Cobham, the company grew through acquisitions and the development of specialized aerospace and defense technologies. Cobham plc was acquired by investment firm Advent International in 2020 and subsequently ceased to operate as a publicly listed company.
