It also owns 40.5% interest in the Fencemaker antimony project located in the Stillwater Range of west central Nevada that consists of 5 unpatented contiguous mining claims that cover a total of 100 acres; and an interest in the San Juan vanadium/uranium project comprising 13 lode claims totaling 260 acres located within the Colorado Plateau near the Utah-Colorado border. The company was formerly known as Quuibus Technology, Inc. and changed its name to First Liberty Power Corp. in December 2009. First Liberty Power Corp. was founded in 2007 and is based in Las Vegas, Nevada.
