Holcim Ltd. is a Switzerland-based global building materials company that supplies products and solutions used in residential, commercial and infrastructure construction. Its offerings include cement, aggregates, ready-mix concrete and precast products, as well as roofing systems and other building solutions.

The company serves construction customers across Europe, Latin America, Asia and Africa through a network of manufacturing facilities, distribution operations and brands. Holcim also focuses on lower-carbon construction through alternative fuels, recycled materials, products designed to reduce embodied carbon and solutions that support the circular use of building materials.

Holcim traces its origins to 1912, when it was established in Switzerland as Holderbank. Following the 2015 merger of Holcim and Lafarge, the combined company operated as LafargeHolcim before adopting the Holcim name in 2021. In 2025, Holcim separated its North American business, which became Amrize, allowing Holcim to focus on its remaining international operations. Miljan Gutovic serves as Holcim’s chief executive officer.
