Holcim Ltd. is a Switzerland-based global building materials and solutions company. Its main products include cement, aggregates and ready-mix concrete, along with building systems and specialized solutions used in construction, infrastructure and renovation projects.

The company serves customers through operations and commercial activities across Europe, Latin America, Asia and Africa. Holcim also develops lower-carbon construction products and circular building solutions, including materials designed to reduce emissions and incorporate recycled construction materials.

Holcim traces its history to 1912, when it was established as Holderbank in Switzerland, and adopted the Holcim name in 2001. Following its 2015 merger with Lafarge, the company operated under the LafargeHolcim name before rebranding as Holcim in 2021. In 2025, Holcim separated its North American business, which began operating independently as Amrize. Holcim is led by Chief Executive Officer Miljan Gutovic.
