Founded in 1899 and headquartered in Lippstadt, Germany, HELLA serves customers through a global network of development and production locations. HELLA became part of the FORVIA group following Faurecia’s acquisition of a controlling interest in the company. Bernard Schäferbarthold serves as HELLA’s chief executive officer.
