Hypermarcas S.A. was a Brazilian consumer health and pharmaceutical company that developed, manufactured and marketed branded products for healthcare, personal care and consumer markets. Its portfolio historically included over-the-counter medicines, prescription products, vitamins, toiletries, cosmetics and other household or personal-care brands.

The company expanded through acquisitions and operated primarily in Brazil, building a broad portfolio of locally recognized brands. In the mid-2010s, Hypermarcas began divesting its non-pharmaceutical businesses to concentrate on healthcare and medicines. In 2018, it changed its corporate name to Hypera S.A. and adopted the Hypera Pharma brand.

Under the Hypera Pharma name, the business has focused on prescription medicines, branded generics, over-the-counter treatments and consumer healthcare products, serving the Brazilian market through pharmacies, hospitals and other distribution channels. Hypermarcas is therefore principally a historical name associated with the company now known as Hypera Pharma.
