PRIO has also pursued additional growth through the acquisition of interests in producing and developing fields.

Headquartered in Rio de Janeiro, PRIO serves the Brazilian energy market and sells its crude oil to commercial and industrial customers. The company’s shares trade on B3 under the ticker PRIO3, while its securities are also available in the U.S. over-the-counter market under the symbol PTRRY.
