Headquartered in Stavanger, Norway, the company’s operations are concentrated on the Norwegian Continental Shelf. Vår Energi is listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange, while its shares also trade over the counter in the United States under the symbol VARRY. The company is backed by Italian energy group Eni and Norwegian investment firm HitecVision.
