It also holds interests in other properties, including Reita Lake, Graindale, Portage, Fishing Lake, Salt Lake, and Unity projects located in Alberta and Saskatchewan. The company was formerly known as Pearl Exploration and Production Ltd. and changed its name to BlackPearl Resources Inc. in May 2009. BlackPearl Resources Inc. was incorporated in 1984 and is headquartered in Calgary, Canada.
