About Thor Industries

Thor Industries (NYSE:THO) is a leading manufacturer of recreational vehicles (RVs) and related components for the leisure travel market. Through its family of well-known brands—such as Airstream, Heartland, Jayco, Keystone RV and Thor Motor Coach—the company designs, manufactures and sells a broad range of motorized and towable RVs, complemented by aftermarket parts and service solutions. Thor offers products that span travel trailers, fifth wheels, toy haulers and Class A, B and C motorhomes, addressing both entry-level and premium segments.

Founded in 1980 when Wade Thompson and Peter Orthwein acquired Airstream from Beatrice Foods, Thor Industries has grown organically and through strategic acquisitions to become one of the largest RV producers in the world. Over the decades, the company has integrated several marquee names in the industry and expanded its product portfolio to capture evolving consumer preferences in outdoor and mobile living.

Operating primarily in North America, Thor Industries also serves markets in Europe following its acquisition of The Erwin Hymer Group. The company maintains manufacturing facilities, distribution centers and dealer networks across the United States, Canada, Mexico and select European countries to support sales, service and spare‐parts supply.

Leadership at Thor Industries is headed by President and Chief Executive Officer Bob Martin, who was appointed to the role in 2020 after serving in senior finance and operational positions. Under Martin’s direction, Thor continues to focus on product innovation, quality enhancement and expanding its reach in the growing outdoor recreation market.
