How Nikola Made Money
June 12: $100 Turns Into $100,000?
The SpaceX IPO is scheduled for June 12, and former tech executive Jeff Brown - who identified Bitcoin, Tesla, and Nvidia before major runs - says the window to get in early is closing fast. Brown is showing investors how to claim a stake in Elon Musk's company before it hits the public markets. Once the IPO happens, this pre-public opportunity disappears.tc pixel

About Nikola

Nikola (OTCMKTS:NKLAQ) is a designer and manufacturer of zero-emission heavy-duty vehicles, energy storage systems and hydrogen fueling infrastructure. The company develops battery-electric and hydrogen fuel cell systems for medium- and heavy-duty trucks, aiming to reduce reliance on fossil fuels in the transportation sector. Core products include the Nikola Tre, a Class 8 battery-electric truck for North American and European markets, and the Nikola Two, a hydrogen fuel cell tractor designed for long-haul freight applications.

Founded in 2014 and named in homage to inventor Nikola Tesla, Nikola went public in June 2020 through a merger with special-purpose acquisition company VectoIQ. The company has since focused on scaling production capabilities and expanding its hydrogen ecosystem. In addition to vehicle development, Nikola designs and plans to operate a network of hydrogen production and dispensing stations, with initial pilot sites in the United States. The hydrogen stations leverage renewable power sources to produce green hydrogen through electrolysis, supporting customers’ sustainability goals.

Headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona, Nikola maintains engineering and assembly facilities in Coolidge, Arizona, and collaborates with strategic partners in Europe. A manufacturing partnership with Iveco in Ulm, Germany, enables localized production of the Nikola Tre for European customers. Nikola’s customer pipeline includes transportation and logistics firms, waste management services and other commercial fleets seeking to transition to clean energy solutions.

Leadership at Nikola is led by President and Chief Executive Officer Mark Russell, with Steve Girsky serving as Executive Chairman. The company continues to invest in research and development to enhance vehicle range and performance, while pursuing strategic alliances to accelerate deployment of its hydrogen infrastructure. Nikola aims to be a key player in the decarbonization of global freight transportation by delivering integrated, zero-emission solutions.
