About GreenPower Motor

GreenPower Motor (NASDAQ:GP) designs and manufactures all-electric commercial vehicles for the North American market. Its product portfolio includes transit buses, school buses, shuttle buses, passenger vans, delivery vehicles, cargo vans and other medium- and heavy-duty commercial vehicles.

The company’s vehicles include the EV Star family of electric buses and commercial vehicles, as well as the BEAST and Nano BEAST electric school bus models. GreenPower develops vehicles on purpose-built electric platforms and supplies them to transit agencies, school districts, private transportation operators, delivery companies and other commercial customers.

Founded in 2010 and headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, GreenPower has manufacturing and assembly operations in the United States, including facilities in California and West Virginia.
